Eine Solo-Performance, die sich um Yoga als eine neue Form der Selbstdisziplin und Biomacht dreht. Núria Guiu nähert sich der Praxis ironisch durch eine visuelle Ikonografie, die eine Brücke zwischen den indischen Meister*innen des späten 19. Jahrhunderts, zeitgenössischen YouTuber*innen und den Holi-Festivals schlägt. Spiritualität wird zu Fleisch und das Immaterielle ersetzt durch das Virtuelle – das Internet wird zur neuen Gottheit, die uns von oben beobachtet.

A solo performance which revolves around yoga as a new form of self-discipline and biopower. Núria Guiu ironically approaches the practice through a visual iconography that creates a bridge between the Indian masters of the late 19th century, contemporary YouTubers, and the Holi festivals. Spirituality becomes flesh and the immaterial is replaced by the virtual; the internet as a new deity which observes from above.
